About LWV Whidbey

FORUM COMMITTEE

The Forum Committee is one of LWV Whidbey’s most important groups. We organize question and answer forums with both candidates running for office, and informational events covering ballot measures or initiatives.

For many years these were held in person at multiple venues on Whidbey Island, but after Covid (as with most things) we moved to Zoom events. We have found this to be a more efficient venue to reach more people, as well as we now have all our events recorded and posted here for the public to access at anytime.

We are always looking for new League members to join the committee to help with these extremely important events. Contact forum committee chair Carla Grau-Egerton if you are interested in volunteering.
